Is the LED mask wireless?
No. The mask and neck piece connect by cable to a handheld controller while in use.
How do I charge my device?
Rechargeable devices come with a USB cable; no wall plug is supplied. Use any certified USB adaptor. The ice roller needs no charging.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from our partner warehouse within 1–3 business days. Delivery across Australia typically takes 6–14 business days, tracked.
How often should I use my device?
Follow the included guide. LED sessions are around 10 minutes; the pore wand is once a week.
