How we use it

To process, ship and support your orders, including sharing your shipping details with our fulfilment partner and carriers.
To answer your questions and handle returns and warranty claims.
To send marketing emails or SMS if you opt in (for example, Halo Club). You can unsubscribe at any time.
To improve our store, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the store: Shopify (store platform), payment providers, our fulfilment partner CJ Dropshipping and its warehouses, delivery carriers, and email, analytics and advertising tools (such as TikTok and Meta). Some of these providers are located or store data outside Australia, including in China, the United States, Canada and Europe. We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect your information. We do not sell your personal information.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax records).
