This website is operated by Halo Hour, based in Perth, Western Australia. Halo Hour is a trading name of Melissa Nguyen, ABN 39 368 116 332. By visiting our store or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Products
Our products are cosmetic devices for appearance and relaxation only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Read the included guide and our Safety & Use page before use. Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the item you receive in colour, finish or packaging.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, and are limited to one use per customer where indicated.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
Accounts and use of the site
You must provide accurate information and not use our store for any unlawful purpose. Site content, including text, images and branding, belongs to Halo Hour or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of our products or site is limited to resupplying the goods or refunding the price paid. We are not liable for loss caused by use contrary to the product guide or Safety & Use instructions.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
